Tilfen Land is a Thames Gateway-based property investment and development company undertaking asset management and the regeneration of land in the south east of England.

Investment income from the year to March 2011 stood at £8.9 million, net asset value stood at £93.1 million and the company’s portfolio contained 103 acres of development land.

The business has £9 million cash on deposit, a £40 million facility with the Royal Bank of Scotland, an annual rent roll of £7.9 million and investment properties independently valued at £105 million.

In addition, the Tilfen Land operates LF3 – the only licensed Landfill facility in London permitted to take hazardous materials from across southern England.
