Based in south-east London, Tilfen Land is a property investment and development company undertaking asset management and the regeneration and development of land and property.

Investment income from the year to March 31, 2012 stood at £9.1 million, the net asset value of the business was £85.6 million and the company’s portfolio contained 103 acres of development land.  In addition, the company is in a strong financial position with £8.2 million cash on deposit, a £25 million banking facility with RBS, and an annual rent role of £8.07 million.  Our investment properties were independently valued by CBRE at £104.8 million.

In addition, Tilfen Land operates LF3 – the only licensed Landfill facility in London permitted to take hazardous materials from across southern England.
