INVESTING IN PROPERTY

Tilfen Land is a property investment and development business undertaking asset management and the regeneration of land and property in the Thames Gateway, an area offering numerous opportunities and with significant infrastructure and transport improvements being brought forward.
Investment income for the year 2007/08 stood at £6.8 million, generated by a portfolio of 2,094,742 sq ft of warehouse and retail space across a variety of locations within the London boroughs of Bexley and Greenwich.

Tilfen Land has 97 acres of consented development land including three flagship developments: Veridion Park, Tamesis Point and White Hart Triangle.

The business has a net asset value of £116 million, £31.1 million on cash deposit, and an £80 million facility with the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Allied Irish Bank (GB).

In addition, Tilfen Land operates LF3 - the only licensed landfill facility for hazardous material in London permitted to take material from the Thames Gateway London Boroughs.
