DEREK JOSEPH
Derek Joseph is director of financial services at HACAS Group plc (part of the Tribal Group) the largest independent quoted housing and regeneration consultancy advising housing associations, local authorities and government departments on social housing, care and asset management. He is also non-executive chairman of a quoted telecoms company and a non-executive director of a company involved in employment regeneration and commercial development.
