SIMON NEWSHOLME
Simon Newsholme joined Tilfen Land as development director in September 2005.
Responsible for a team of 12, he oversees major projects including White Hart Triangle, Tamesis Point and Veridion Park.
Simon, who was previously development director at J J Gallagher, is a highly experienced developer with considerable expertise in both the acquisition of new opportunities and the delivery of complex projects throughout the UK. Having begun his career in industrial agency with Weatherall Green & Smith, he joined the trading development subsidiary of MEPC in 1988. After a spell with Wilson Bowden he moved to Gallaghers in 1999.
