Tilfen Land boast a growing investment portfolio with asset management opportunities and long-term redevelopment potential in excess of £ 100 million, and a development portfolio includes 80 acres of commercial and 55 acres of residential land.

Our performance in the Investment Property Databank (IPD) continues to be impressive. In the year to March 2006 the company was placed third out of 195 funds, while over the last five years Tilfen Land was ranked first out of 131 funds with an average annual return of 24.3 per cent.
FINANCIAL YEAR 2004/2005
During the last financial year for which data is available, Tilfen Land:
  • increased the net asset value of the
          business to £ 130 million (from £ 106       million)
  • Produced a net profit before tax of
          £ 8.5 million
  • Saw its investment portfolio grow
          from £ 67.2 million to £ 96.5 million
  • Grew its rent roll from £ 4.8 million to
          £ 5.1 million
  • Was ranked third out of 195 funds in
          the Investment Property Databank (IPD)
  • Increased shareholder returns from
         26.6 per cent to 35.7 per cent
