INVESTING IN PROPERTY

Tilfen Land is a Thames Gateway based property investment and development company undertaking asset management and the regeneration of land and property in the south east of England.

Investment income for the year ended March 31, 2009 stood at £7.1 million, generated by a portfolio of 2,102,094 sq ft of warehouse and retail space across a variety of locations, largely within the London boroughs of Bexley and Greenwich.

Tilfen Land has 97 acres of consented development land, including three flagship projects: Veridion Park, Tamesis Point and White Hart Triangle.

The business has a net asset value of £85 million, £16 million on cash depoist and a £40 million facility with the Royal Bank of Scotland.

In addition, Tilfen Land operates LF3 - the only licensed landfill facility for hazardous material in London permitted to take material from the Thames Gateway London boroughs.
