Tilfen Land Appoints Larry Peters to Finance Team

Thames Gateway developer Tilfen Land has appointed Larry Peters to the post of accountant in its finance department.
A qualified certified practitioner, Larry will be based at the company’s Thamesmead headquarters and will report to financial controller Peter Runting.
He will work on a range of projects from the management and strategy of corporate finance to specific development schemes, including a new 30-acre commercial park in East Thamesmead, the on-going White Hart Triangle business park, and the significant Tripcock Point development that will see more than 2,000 homes created within a new community along a mile of the River Thames.
Commenting on the appointment Tilfen Land chief executive Nigel Houston said, “Tilfen Land is moving into a new phase and we are delighted to have Larry join our team at this exciting time. His appointment is further testament to our continued growth and success and will be important as we seek to purchase investments across a broad swathe of England and bring forward our existing development plan.”
Larry Peters, who lives in Thamesmead, joins Tilfen Land from the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich where he was employed as an accountant with responsibilities for consolidated management accounts, budget preparation, and monitoring in conjunction with budget holders, as well as managing the company accounts.
