At this 52-acre business park, Tilfen Land is currently constructing two units of approximately 100,000 sq ft. These are both pre-let to Iron Mountain - the leading global provider of comprehensive records management, data protection and information destruction solutions. The first unit will be ready for fitting out in January 2009, with completion of both taking place in April. Tilfen Land has also constructed seventeen speculative units on the park.
