Derek Joseph is a director of Tribal Treasury Services Ltd and previously managing director of HACAS Group PLC (part of the Tribal Group), the largest independent quoted housing regeneration consultancy advising housing associations, local authorities and government departments on social housing, care and asset management. He is also non-executive director of both quoted and private companies involved in business incubation and technology start-up. Author of a number of publications on residential property investments strategy, he has also been involved in the project management of a number of initiatives for new ways of funding affordable housing programmes.
