Although a privately owned company, Tilfen Land has decided to follow the principles of the Combined Code on corporate governance as they relate to publicly quoted businesses.

As such, Tilfen Land endeavours to operate in a clear and transparent way, bringing in non-executive directors with specific expertise and knowledge and, ultimately, following accepted best practice in the running of our business and in the protection of shareholder interests.

We operate a number of policies and audits to ensure we are making progress in meeting the challenges of these obligations. Where appropriate, the company subscribes to relevant benchmarking organisations.
