HEALTH & SAFETY

Simon Newsholme, Tilfen Land's development director, is the nominated board representative responsible for health and safety (H & S), and Alan Pitt is the company's dedicated H & S manager. Increasing activity by the company in the areas of development and property acquisitions has led to an ongoing review of H & S and CDM (construction design management) procedures in these areas, together with those established for civil engineering projects for which the company is responsible, either solely or in partnership.
