| Ken is a chartered surveyor and managing director of Regeneration Investments which works for a variety of clients in infrastructure investment and property development focusing particularly on the health and education regeneration sectors. He was previously the deputy crown estate surveyor at the Crown Estate Commissioners and development director at British Land. In 1998 he founded Urban Catalyst, a groundbreaking development company delivering mixed use regeneration projects and which was sold in 2006. Ken is a member of the London Advisory Committee of English Heritage and advises Government on regeneration and sustainability. He also chairs the award winning Rivington Place which is delivering the first permanent home for culturally diverse visual arts and photography. In addition he is chair of the British Property Federations development and regeneration committee and is a governor at London South Bank University. He is a former president of the British Council for Offices. |  |
