In Thamesmead - where the company has significant land holdings - we have secured grant funding from the ODPM (Office of the Deputy Prime Minister) of £ 800k to carry out environmental improvements throughout the West Thamesmead Business Park. This will include new signage, fencing and landscaping and will be completed by March 2006.
This programme of work is complemented by grant funding from Made in London. Tilfen Land match funded the replacement of all fencing and installed CCTV to our existing holdings in the Nathan Way/Boughton Road estate. The total value of these improvements was £ 68k and works have now been completed.
