CURRENT AND FUTURE PROJECTS
WHITE HART TRIANGLE
One of the most significant developments in the south east over the next few years, White Hart Triangle will see the delivery of an £ 80 million business park.

Occupying an outstanding location with unrivalled and ever-improving transportation links, the project is located between Thamesmead and Woolwich, covering a 50 acre site and will see the eventual creation around 2000 jobs.

An important public-private partnership, White Hart Triangle is a joint venture between Tilfen Land, Greenwich Council and the London Development Agency that has attracted £ 17 million of public sector funding.

With the emphasis on design and build flexibility, the development features two speculative terraces with seven and 10 units respectively and offer units ranging in size from 6,500 to 9,200 sq ft., 15 of these units have been sold or are under offer. Two remain available.

Construction commenced in February 2008 for a 205,000 sq.ft facility, which has been pre-let to Iron Mountain and which is due for completion in April 2009.
