Woolwich Trade Park covers a 4.5 acre site and had an end development value of £ 10 million.
Phase one totalled 23,000 sq ft and comprises a total of eight trade units with tenants including HSS, City Electrical Factors (CEF), Kalon, Floors 2 Go, Bathstore.com and Tile Magic.
The last two units at Woolwich Trade Park were leased in early 2005 to Brandisco Electrical and BSS Plumbing.
